Wild & Free Herbal Tour

Come and join Wild and Free's Nutritionist and Herbalist Desiree Lee for a Herbal Tour around her beautiful rural farm in Makarau, Auckland.
With 72 plus medicinal herbs, you can learn to recognize and gain knowledge about what medicinal properties these herbs have. You will connect with others that share the same interests and passions. There are a few gardens to see and a new food/medicinal Forrest for you to explore. There is a standard tour which is a cheaper option and a deluxe tour which Includes a nutritious lunch and balm. Each tour offers something different as plants are changing constantly so keep your eyes posted.
At the end of the tour, you can test your knowledge and create your own herbal tea, take a wander around or take a look in the Wild&Free shop onsite. Desiree will share briefly about making tonics, balms, and infusions. Suited for beginner/intermediate
