Marshmallow a high mucilaginous content of marshmallow root making it a useful remedy for treating coughs and colds. Marshmallow calms inflammation and irritation of the respiratory and gastric tissues.
Mullein works as an expectorant, meaning it helps expel mucus, Mullein helps open the lungs, eases spasms, tightness, and cough, and soothes irritation and dryness.
Take as directed: suitable for ages 1+
Adults 1-3mls in water 3x daily. Children under 3- 1ml 3x daily
